Sangiovese 75% -85% -

Wine obtained from Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc, the pre- fermentative maceration is 48 hours long, then the most is left to ferment for other 25-30 days at a controlled temperature of approx. 25-26 °C.  At the end of this stage, the Sangiovese is transferred into wooden barrels of 10HL and the French variety into barriques where they rest for 12 months.
